I've spent three years building systems that run on their own. The kind where you stop checking because it just works, and when something breaks, you find out from the alert, not the client.
Before that, 10 years in marketing and nationwide operations. Digital campaigns, M&A advisory, data-driven strategy across multiple industries. Different worlds, but always the same thing: smart people doing repetitive work because nobody had connected their tools properly.
That technical background is what makes Castle different. I don't just understand the automation layer. I understand the business operations underneath it. What actually needs automating, what's better left to people, and where a bad workflow costs you more than no workflow at all.
You work with me directly. I scope it, build it, deploy it, and I'm still around when it needs fixing. There's no handoff to a junior team. If your system goes down at 2am, my phone buzzes.

Castle started because we kept seeing the same problem. Agencies, advisory firms, operations teams across North America, all running their businesses on disconnected tools and manual processes that should have been automated years ago.
We built our own infrastructure first. Tested everything internally. Once it worked, we started deploying the same systems for clients in M&A advisory, professional services, e-commerce, and marketing.
We don't hand you a finished product and disappear. We stay in, keep improving it, and make sure it keeps running. That's the difference between a project and a system.
