Castle Strategies started by building the systems we needed for our own operations: workflow automation, document processing, fleet management, and live dashboards — all on self-hosted infrastructure we controlled completely.
Once those systems were running, we started deploying them for clients. Professional services firms, M&A advisors, operations-heavy teams across Canada and the United States — businesses that needed real technical infrastructure, not another SaaS subscription.
Today we run 200+ live workflows across client environments, with monitoring, error handling, and real-time dashboards built in. We don't hand you a finished product and leave. We stay in, improve it, and make sure it keeps working.
